I hate E-Dragons spam but they cant just forbid the engine of the deck by taking away burner, steam etc.....

Well Dragon Rulers were never meant to be a deck, they were meant purely for support for other decks.

Oh I thought they were suppose to be an actual archtype deck. Well if what you said is true then the list makes sence
